Then you’ve come to the right place! SPARC is a cyber security talent program that is available free of charge to all young Swiss citizens.

Whether you already have experience in IT or have simply always been interested in cyber security, coding, cryptography or solving complex puzzles, SPARC is your steppingstone on your journey to becoming Switzerland’s future cyber defender. Lay the foundation for your exciting future in the army, the private or the public sector to protect Switzerland from cyber attacks and make cyberspace a safer place.

SPARC IN A NUTSHELL

SPARC is a blended learning program consisting of classic e-learning content, practical virtual training scenarios and SPARC experience days.

On the SPARC platform, you independently develop and master cyber skills and competencies in various areas on your SPARC learning path using specially created learning content from our cyber experts. You decide for yourself when you work on the courses and virtual training scenarios online.

In addition to the online offer, a maximum of 8 SPARC experience days take place every year in all regions of Switzerland, where you can take part in a live event with up to 75 SPARC colleagues. Here you will get to know each other as a team and work together on exciting tasks, compete against each other in challenges and test your skills in the real world.

SPARC IS STILL UNDER DEVELOPMENT

The idea for SPARC was born in 2022 and we opened our doors to the first participants in mid-2023. SPARC is currently still under construction and the SPARC team is working flat out to make new content available to our participants.
